The Story of KINEXON

In 2010, our founders Alexander and Oliver observed how player data was manually recorded at the Allianz Arena in Munich — and decided: We automate that! KINEXON was born. Their urge to make processes faster, more accurate and more efficient and thus always open up a new level of knowledge and possibilities is unstoppable!

"There Is Always a Chance for the Next Quantum Leap”

Since I was among the first developers to join KINEXON five years ago, I have had numerous opportunities to help shape our products and our working principles. The foundations that we as an interdisciplinary team of four developers laid in the beginning still have a great impact today. Obviously, the team, the code base and the product portfolio grew substantially in the meantime, but nevertheless, there is always a chance to contribute to the next quantum leap for KINEXON when new products or iterations are built or when we advance our infrastructure.”

As an intern and student employee I was already able to influence the way in which the HR domain develops. Ever since my tenure I have been rebuilding the personnel development and continue to do so. It started with regular feedback discussions, to employee surveys, yearly performance rounding to 360 degree feedback. There are many possibilities to leave a mark here. In addition, facing new challenges day by day, in a team with highly motivated colleagues is fun. My motivation is creating an environment where everyone from our KINEXON family feels comfortable and can develop and outgrow himself.”
