What to do with the Data

It is no longer optional to collect performance data in team sports; it is essential to being competitive. However, monitoring loads and learning the demands of the sport can only take a team so far if the analysis of the data is lacking. In this presentation, Paul will outline how data can prepare your team for the different phases of the season and assist with players returning from injury. In addition, intensity-type metrics will be reviewed in order to help design practices and drills to prepare for game level demands.
