Use KINEXON RIoT to process localization and order data for goods, materials, products, tools, vehicles, people, and much more in real time. The various objects are shown with the relevant status information on a 2D or 3D map, the so called “digital twin”. You can use flexible filter functions to find the object you are looking for at your production or logistics location and track position changes live.
With KINEXON RIoT, you can monitor the position, status, and speed of objects in critical areas of your production and logistics processes. Important areas can be marked with geofences in the “digital twin” of your location and relevant objects can be provided with areas of action. For example, if objects unexpectedly run into geofences or other objects, a wide variety of events can be triggered and monitored in real time on a 2D or 3D map.
Keeps what the internet of things promises: KINEXON RIoT also allows you to control or automate production and logistics processes by means of real-time interaction with people on the shopfloor or in the logistics area. Workers, means of transport (e.g. forklifts or automated guided vehicles), display units, machines or tools receive relevant information about an event that has occurred in real time and are then automatically optimally prepared for the next work step.
Use RIoT’s multitude of integrated analysis procedures to create the basis for future decisions at your industry 4.0 location. Heat maps visualize areas that are visited particularly frequently or infrequently in order to optimize storage areas and resources. All commonly used management systems can be connected
As an open platform for the internet of things, KINEXON RIoT combines data from a wide variety of sources. These include, among other things, position and motion data from the sensor network of KINEXON RTLS, the RTLS systems of other providers, as well as order and machine data from Manufacturing Executive Systems (MES), warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP systems.
The open architecture of our internet of things platform, with its standardized interfaces, integrates process-relevant information in real time and intelligently networks systems together. Vertical silo structures without any interoperability between devices and applications as well as inflexibility when it comes to choosing devices are thus a thing of the past.
